| Why did you become a teacher? |
| My 10th grade math teacher was a big inspiration. She snowboarded, listened to Guns 'n' Roses, and REALLY knew how to explain math well. I grew up surfing with friends who struggled with math. I always got decent grades in math so I figured, "Why not teach it and get summers off?" |

| I was a substitute teacher for the HBUHSD for 1/2 a year. Then taught for 7 years at Artesia High School (Lakewood). And this is my 4th year at Edison. |
